Some users may experience issues with our indicators not working on public and unsecured Wi-Fi connections from coffee shops, restaurants, and other free access points. This is due to some public Wi-Fi connections no longer being safe and having a history of misuse by spammers or hackers. In that situation, we recommend changing your Wi-Fi connection, preferably to a private and secure one with a proven history of security and safety.

Please note that our working hours are 8:00 AM—8:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. We do not provide support on Saturday and Sunday.

One active license per one account: One Machine ID means you have one license per account. If your machine ID changes due to a BIOS update or replacement with a new computer, you can deactivate the previous machine ID and activate the new machine ID on this page no more than 1 time per year. Machine ID change is not reversable. If you change your machine ID to the one used by you previously, your account is a subject for termination.

All informatuion on your Account Profile page must be correct. We never ask you for NinjaTrader passord and you should never share password from your NinjaTrader Platform. We requare you to provide correct NinjaTrader account Username only. Please fill out your NinjaTrader Platform Username corectly on your Account Profile page or you may loose access to indicators.
