Our indicators are designed to operate over private internet connections on your desktop computer. Some users may experience issues with our indicators not working on public, unsecured Wi-Fi networks at coffee shops, restaurants, and other free access points. This is due to some public Wi-Fi connections no longer being safe and having a history of misuse by spammers or hackers. In that situation, we recommend switching to a private, secure Wi-Fi connection with a proven track record of security and safety.
If you have a private internet connection from your home or apartment and the bestorderflow.com indicators are not working on your computer, please contact the bestorderflow.com administrator to resolve the issue. Please note that our working hours are 8:00 AM—8:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. We do not provide support on Saturday and Sunday.
All sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of reason.
Conditions for an Account Termination:
The account can be terminated instantly if a user is involved in criminal or illegal activities directly or indirectly. Account termination may occur if a user violates the terms and conditions, or if actions impact bestorderflow's reputation or potential financial losses. In most cases, the user will be warned and asked to correct their actions and remove the cause of the negative impact. If a user does not comply with these terms and conditions within 48-72 hours, their account can be terminated.
If a user doesn't want to violate our terms and conditions and follows our recommendations, we will do our best to resolve any misunderstandings that may arise. Any user account will not be terminated without serious reasons and multiple attempts to resolve any issues that arise.
License Machine ID NinjaTrader login Username requirements:
Please never use your NinjaTrader password anywhere on this website and keep it private.
- NT8 installation that is not installed over a previous version of NinjaTrader
- NT8 should be installed on the default and not the custom directory(s)
- NT8 should not contain any previously installed third-party indicators prior to BOF indicators installation.
One active license per one account: One Machine ID means you have one license per account. If your machine ID changes due to a BIOS update or a computer replacement, you can deactivate the previous machine ID and activate the new one on this page no more than 1 time per year. Machine ID change is not reversible. If you change your machine ID back to the one you previously used, your account may be terminated.
Can I use two or more active machine IDs on the same account?
The answer is No. Machine ID change is not reversible. If you change your machine ID back to the one you previously used, your account may be terminated.
A deactivated machine ID is a dead machine ID. Access with a previously used deactivated machine ID is prohibited and considered suspicious activity, leading to account termination without notice.

All information on your Account Profile page must be correct, including your NinjaTrader Login username. Please fill out your NinjaTrader login Username correctly and never change it, or you may lose access to indicators.
No refunds for any reason:
Must agree to the no-refund policy, no refunds for any reason. Cancel in advance in your account profile. Use NinjaTrader 8.1.4.1 or higher. Require Rithmic data connection. Must use one unique NT Machine ID and NinjaTrader login Username with a high-speed wired connection. Use Wi-Fi or VPS only at your own risk.
Ownership of this site
