PREPARATION STEPS TO GET SUPPORT

Before requesting assistance or support regarding errors, follow the Troubleshooting checklist and Preparation steps to receive faster support. Failing to follow these steps may significantly delay live support. The preparation steps let you prepare your request for the quickest possible solution.
Please do not waste our time by skipping the Troubleshooting Checklist and Preparation steps above.
Before approaching the BOF administrator for any help and assistance, please consider the preparation steps:
1) Turn off all Ninjatrader connections
2) Close the NinjaTrader platform
3) Use NT Optimizer to clean up NT8 cache and all recorded/written historical files and data with errors and hiccups. NT Optimizer is a free Windows application that you can download from your account on bestorderflow.com.
4) Start NinjaTrader as Administrator
5) If you have MBO indicators, start My BOF MBO Rithmic NT connection as your primary and first in order connection. Other connections should be turned on as secondary later.
6) Reload All Historical Data on the charts (F5)
7) Reload Ninja Scripts on the chart Ctrl+Shift+R
8) Send a direct private message to the BOF Admin on our Discord link.
9) Write a request for support with the statement: "Yes, completed both:
- Troubleshooting Checklist
- I completed preparation steps.
10) Always provide BOF admin your registered email and machine ID: "My email is and my Machine ID is 1234567" . Screenshot your Machine ID with Username right below Machine ID for BOF Admin.
11) Prepare Screenshots of errors and errors as text. Copy BOF Admin screenshots with errors. Errors can be fixed only based on a detailed description and screenshots.

- Copy the text of the error message from the log
- Full screenshot of the chart with problematic indicator (s) on a 1-second timeframe and instrument name visible on it.
BOF Admin Hours of operation:
Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time zone
Saturday - off, and Sunday - off.
The primary way to connect to the BestOrderFlow Administrator is by sending a direct private message to the BOF Admin on Discord .
