1.7. Check NinjaTrader Username

2) How to check the Username from NT8 entered correctly on your Account Registration form. 

Notice: Only one Username form NinjaTrader login is allowed per account. No duplicates allowed. 

Prohibited NinjaTrader login Usernames: 
Do not enter the Google-generated login if signed in with Google or Apple:
    Prohibited: Google:1234567812340:NTB

BOF indicators may not work until you have this Username without errors. 

Do not log in to NinjaTrader with a Gmail-generated username.

From now on, you must log in only with a "normal" Username, avoiding Gmail logins. 

1) Please copy your NinjaTrader User from Help/About NinjaTrader
    right below Machine ID.

2) Paste it into the NinjaTrader Username field on the registration form 

3) Do not enter the Google-generated login.  Prohibited example: Google:1234567812340:NTB

Please make sure the large caps and low caps in the Username are entered correctly from the User below the Machine ID. 

USERNAME CHECK

 Check NinjaTrader Username entered correctly on the Account Registration form:

This username is not visible on your account Profile page. It is visible only in a special location. 

1. Check what NinjaTrader login User you entered on the Account Registration form:
   • Please log in to your account on our website, go to your MyProfile menu,
     • Select the Subscription History tab,
     • Select the Account Registration link. 
     • On the open page, you will find the details you provided on the Account Registration form, including your NinjaTrader Username.
   • Ensure that you enter the exact Username in this field as the username immediately below the Machine ID in NinjaTrader. 
     
     
2. To correct, please send a Direct (not public) message request to BOF Admin on our Discord channel: Discord link  
3. Make sure you never share your NinjaTrader password with anyone under any circumstances. 

 Abusers will lose their account and access to indicators without warning.
