1.2. Create Manage Account Subscriptions

CREATE WEBSITE ACCOUNT

1) How to create/sign up/ account the first time:

It costs $1 to create your account. The $1 is a filter to remove tire kickers and those with no serious intent—people who want to waste our time and resources.

2) Log in to your account via the upper menu Account. 

MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION AND MACHINE ID

3) Here is what you can do inside your account:

  • Manage and update your personal information on the Account Profile page
  • Add your NinjaTrader machine ID: add a new NinjaTrader machine ID, deactivate the outdated machine ID, and re-activate your new machine ID. Please read the instructions on the page.  When you move to a new machine id, the previous machine ID will be prohibited for restoration. 
  • Manage your subscription plans, renew, stop, cancel, or upgrade your subscription plans.
