2.7. Windows Apps optimization

Windows/ Apps/ Connection Optimisation for NinjaPlatform work in optimal conditions:

GOALS

Goals for optimization:

1) Free CPU  and RAM resources for NinjaTrader data processing. 
2) Dedicate internet connection speed for data level 2 and level 1. Ninja Trader indicators require to have a fast internet connection. Slow or choppy internet connection speed may produce data lags and trading past price ( not the current price) 

STEPS

1) Ensure you have a private, fast-speed internet connection for one computer used for NinjaTrader only. Other computers connected via the same connection to the internet may cause connection delays and hiccups that you want to avoid during trading. 

2)Close all apps, including antivirus, social network, and cloud programs. You should uninstall OneDrive and every other Cloud service from the computer used for NinjaTrader charts.  

3) Close all browsers, email services, and antivirus programs. 

4) Set Windows Update to manual and prevent automatic update downloads. 

5) Remember that you need every CPU core to be accessible for NinjaPlatform and not occupied by any other program, app, or connection. 

6) Uninstall every free indicator/utility on NijaTrader, not from BerstOrderFlow.com, for optimal performance.

We do not know how well those indicators are made or if they fit your NinjaTrader platform version. We can not guarantee the compatibility and speed of performance of other indicators. Many third-party indicators built by incompetent programmers cause your chart data to lag and slow your chart down. 

Failing to follow all these rules may cause you to spend time solving unexplained errors and misconfigurations. 

If you fail to follow these rules, please do not ask for support until you create optimal conditions for the NinjaTrader platform to operate.
