HOW TO ACTIVATE MULTI-PROVIDER AND TICK REPLAY

If you want to use multiple data sources and indicators to work properly, enable at least two of the most important settings on the NinjaTrader platform:

 Multi-provider and Tick Replay settings on the NinjaTrader platform:

  • Checkmark Multi-provider:
    Tools/ Options/General/ Properties: Checkmark Multi-provider to enable and activate
    Please don't forget to set up a proper Rithmic connection as one of the connection providers.

 RITHMIC CONNECTION INSTRUCTIONS:

4) Rithmic connection settings  should be done right:

  1. NT administrative panel / Connections/ Configure and
  2. Add Rithmic for Ninja into the Configure section and rename it as My Rithmic
  3. Select Rithmic on Connected to see Properties configuration other right panel
  4. Enter the correct Username and Password
  5. Checkmark Connect on startup
  6. Settings: System: -be very careful to select only as - Rithmic Paper Trading (Chicago) - if you are in the United States. If you are in another country, select the Rithmic Paper Trading server closer to your location. First, test with Chicago Paper Trading to be sure it works. 
  7. Do NOT select Plug-in mode.
