2.6. Server Time Synchronization

Synchronize your computer Windows time with an absolute time server.




Here is the main reason for time synchronization:

If you fail to synchronize your computer time on each trading day, you may encounter constant price line delays on the charts and not able to see charts in real time.

How often is it recommended:  every trading day:

First method: Use app :

1) Synchronize your computer time by installing windows app on your computer:

-  Set the Time for synchronization update to half an hour

2) Manual time synchronization on Windows 11:

Manual synchronization is possible, but it is not convenient to synchronize time manually every 30 minutes. 

Windows 11:

- Select Settings cog for Window
- Select Time and Language
- on Additional Settings,
   select Sync Now to synchronize with Time Server: time.windows.com
