STEPS FOR SUPPORT
Before approaching BOF administrator for any help and assistance, please consider preparation steps:
1) Turn off all Ninjatrader connections
2) Close NinjaTrader platform
3) Use NToptimizer to clean up cache and all recorded/written historical files and data with errors and hickups. NT optimizer is free windowns application downloadable from your account on bestorderflow.com.
4) Start NinjaTrader as Administrator
5) If you have MBO indicators, start My BOF MBO Rithmic NT connection as your primary and first in order conection. Other connection should be turned on as secondary later.
6) Reload Ninja Scripts on the chart
7) Reload data on the charts (F5)
8) Send BOF Admin Direct Message on our Discord.
9) Start request for support with statement: "Yes, completed troubleshooting instructions and preparations teps.
10) Alays provide BOF admin your registered email and machine ID. My email is and my Machine ID is 1234567.
11) Prepare Screenshots and Errors as text. Copy BOF Admin screenshots with errors. Errors can be fixed only based on detailed description and screenshots.

- Screenshot of the Error pop-up message,
- Screenshot of the Error Log
- Copy the text of the error message from the log
- Full screenshot of the chart with problematic indicator (s) on a 1-second timeframe and instrument name visible on it.
12) Link to Discord and Telegram The support by BOF Admin is only by direct message on Discord.

Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time zone
Saturday - off, and Sunday - off.
The primary way to connect to the BestOrderFlow Administrator is by sending a direct private message to the BOF Admin on Discord . We have Telegram group and there is no support on our Telegram ( irt is for general inforation, some community activities and announcements).
